Purchase Conditions

The price of the items are shown with VAT included for customers resident in the Peninsula, Balearic Islands or EU countries. For visitors to the page without it, the price also includes VAT. For customers resident in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the price shown does not include VAT.

Prices and conditions of sale are purely informative and may be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, the order is placed by filling out the order form, implies conformity to the price offered and the conditions in effect at this particular time.   • For domestic shipments, including the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and also to Portugal, Andorra and Gibraltar, these shipments will be on a leash or MRW. For the rest of Europe, shipments are made with UPS.
  • The deadline for orders is usually 24-48 hours for emailing or MRW (Spain, Portugal and Andorra). For shipments via UPS, the period is 5 days. We can not guarantee these delivery times, while trying to transport the company does them whenever possible.

  • Shipping costs will be higher than before for international orders of more than 5 kg. The final price will be displayed on the website at the time of ordering. If the order is more than 5 kg, please contact us for ordering.
  • For orders over 50 €, shipping costs are free for orders to Spain, Portugal and Andorra.


Pyolin offers the possibility to return goods within 7 days, for whatever reason, counting from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer, and provided that the conditions contained in this page.

Return conditions

  • No returns will be accepted for the following products as established by Law 47/2002 of December 19, amending the Law 7 / 1996 of January 15 of the Retail Trade for the legal transposition Spanish of the Directive 97/7/EC on distance contracts, and to adapt the law to various EU Directives:
    • a) Products whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market that the seller can not control.
    • b) Products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • To make a return you must contact us for a refund. Once accepted you will be informed return for sending data.
  • All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging in perfect condition and protected so it does not arrive with seals or tape transport. Otherwise Pyolin reserves the right to refuse the return.
  • Returns must be delivered to destination within 7 days from the date of acceptance of the return. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned.
  • Upon receipt of the goods and found that it is in perfect condition, it will process the refund if indicated.
  • Transportation expenses incurred in the return will be borne by the customer.
  • Payments for refunds via bank transfer will have a maximum of 30 days for paperwork, but try not to take longer than 7 days.
